Free Standard Shipping on Every Order — No Minimum Required
At Snag Leather, delivering your jacket is the final act of craftsmanship — and we treat it that way. Every order is packed with care, dispatched promptly, and tracked from our hands to yours. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing & Handling Time
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+5) on business days are counted as same-day orders for processing purposes. Orders after the cut-off are processed the following business day.
Delivery Timeline
- Trusted Carriers: We ship via DHL, FedEx, and regional courier partners — selected based on the fastest and most reliable route to your destination.
- Weekend Dispatch: Orders may be dispatched on Saturdays. Sunday and public holiday dispatch is not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping is included on every Snag Leather order, worldwide — no discount code needed, no minimum spend required. This is our standard.
- Remote Area Surcharge: A surcharge of $30 applies only for deliveries to carrier-designated remote or hard-to-reach locations. If this applies to your address, we will contact you before dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping: Express delivery upgrades are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders. Pricing is calculated in real time based on your location.
- Import Duties & Taxes: International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.

You'll receive an instant confirmation email with your order summary and estimated dispatch date.
Dispatched
A shipping notification email is sent with your live tracking link the moment your parcel is collected by the carrier.
In Transit
Track your jacket in real time — from our studio to your door. SMS updates are available where supported by the carrier.
Delivered
Your jacket arrives. If you experience any issues at delivery, our team is available 24/7 via live chat.
Shipping Limitations
- No P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses. Please provide a full physical address at checkout to avoid delays.
- International Destinations: We currently ship to over 60 countries. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your country, contact us at support@silver-tiger-450984.hostingersite.com before placing your order.
- Restricted Goods: Some countries impose restrictions on the import of leather products. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their country permits the import of our goods.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout. Snag Leather is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
